ClaimMaster 2.5 is now available. The latest version of ClaimMaster can batch download patent file wrappers, maintenance, and assignment data from the USPTO, in addition to the pdf and text versions of patents and patent applications. In addition, the latest version also generates patent family trees based on continuity data available from the USPTO’s PAIR site. Other additions include improvements to claim tree generation, text searching, and bug fixes. More details are available here.
